How does it work?
Our Remote Support and Monitoring package gives you unlimited remote systems support and monitoring for a fixed price each month.
We install a small but very smart piece of software on your computer that monitors your system’s activity and performance then reports back to us. It flags up anything from minor issues to more critical errors in real time which means we can take immediate and effective action to resolve the problem and remove further risk. automatic translations
We’ll always try to fix issues remotely to minimise any business downtime either by taking control of your desktop or talking you through the process over the phone.
Our monitoring system performs over 100 checks including,
- disk health
- backup status
- drive fragmentation
- details of last virus scan
- last anti-virus software update
- amount of memory being used
- how hard your processor is working
- the amount of free disk space you have
- last Windows security update
How much does it cost?
£10.00 + VAT per month per PC or laptop, including all remote work
All onsite support is discounted at 33%.
Call-out fee – (only one call-out charge per incident).
A call-out fee will be charged when a remote fix is not possible.
£25.00 + VAT for sites within a one mile radius of our Bannockburn office
£50.00 + VAT for sites between 1-10 miles from our Bannockburn office
£75.00 + VAT for sites more than 10 miles from our office
Onsite Support – a half hour minimum charge applies
£25.00 + VAT for up to half an hour
£12.50 + VAT for each 15 minutes (or part thereof) after that.
